Weekend Pick Me Up – Together In Cyn by Jennifer Kacey

Together-in-CynI had never read a menage book before a few years ago when I accidently picked up Alexandra O’Hurley’s Berserker Mate’s Trilogy. I think you could sum my first expression with menage erotica could be classified as delicious. I really didn’t know what to do after I read it because at the time I didn’t even want anyone to know I had read such a book. What would people say if they knew I’d not only read a kinky book but that I liked it too? Well, you know what? Years and hundreds of kinky books later, it doesn’t matter. I’ve embraced my inner kink and love menage books and I have a thing for bondage and D/s that I happily own. Mom, these are things I don’t want to talk to you about but I’m okay with you hearing. Where am I going with all this? Well, I am building up to saying that Jennifer Kacey’s Member’s Only series is a series that is definitely on my menu. I think it’s under the, “Tasty, Mmmm… Mmmm… Good” section too. Continue Reading

Making Love 101Jennifer Leeland is the author of some of the most titillating Erotic Romance ever to grace the memory storage of my e-reader. She is a cross genre writer who has dabbled in Paranormal, Sci-fi, Contemporary, BDSM-Fetish and Steamy as all Hell–Suspense. Her novels feature alpha males with control issues and kick ass heroines who know what they want and how to get it. Thanks for taking the time to chat with me about how you make love happen in your writing, Jennifer!

Tongue Wagger – Dark Past by Jennifer Leeland

Dark Past by Jennifer LeelandI had some reservations about a hero named “Bud” but once Jennifer Leeland threw some restraints into the story and made him talk in a commanding voice, I no longer cared what his name was. Jennifer knocked this Space Smut out of the Galaxy and I have no shame in the fact that I feel the need to call her Mistress from now on.

He Said, She Said – Making Love 101: Lucy Felthouse

Making Love 101Lucy Felthouse brought me a good deal of sunshine and dirty minded happiness in offering to let me review her novel, Stately Pleasures. My body may still be feeble and weak because four months of being ill is just plain old crazy talk but this book is just what the doctor ordered and I had no issue taking my medicine. Lucy took the time to talk about how she makes the love that makes the reader satisfaction and I am sharing it with you. Thanks Lucy, for the chat and the naughty book read while I am too sick to be naughty! Continue Reading

Makin’ The Love Monday – Stately Pleasures by Lucy Felthouse

Stately Pleasures - Lucy FelthousesOccasionally there are is a book where within it’s pages I find a character particularly alluring for the reason that he appeals to the rather dark and submissive part of me. Some little part of me wakes up and pays extra attention while I read the kinky doings and it seems to tune in a little more to his parts and look at him a little more keenly than all others in the novel. Stately Pleasures is a BDSM menage love story and the two male doms are both very attractive… but Lucy Felthouse clearly tapped into some cosmic collective unconscious that knew my buttons and how to push them when she created the hero Jeremy Davenport. Hello, Sir! Would you like to play master and servant?

He Said, She Said – Gabfest & Gossip: Jill Elaine Hughes

Gabfest & Gossip with Jill Elaine Hughes

Jill Elaine Hughes stepped up to be one of my Making Love 101 authors but after reading Domino Effect I felt that she would be better suited to have a review that wasn’t restricted to speaking about a romance angle that was a small and not truly developed part of the story she was telling in her book series. Having become a Jill Fanatic and Domino Convert I wanted to put out an interview that unfolded this tale and all it’s intriguing and complex layers. Thanks Jill for being so accommodating!

Jill Elaine Hughes Bio:

Tongue Wagger – Domino Effect by Jill Elaine Hughes

domino_msrWhen I first began reading Jill Elaine Hughes’s Domino Effect I thought it was some strange bondage erotica and I was nodding along the first and second chapter wondering to myself, “when is the playroom and BDSM club and all the kinky crap going to happen?” Even when Jill introduces the thrilling sexy parts she already had me fascinated by all the other things going on that my, “where is the playroom, BDSM club and kinky crap?” slowly began to dwindle to be replaced by a sincere but well earned, “What the hell is happening here? We are definitely not in Kansas anymore.” This book is a phenomenal Erotic Suspense Thriller and it blows kittens away!

Character Q&A – The Dirt on Jack Hunter

Lovely I received an anonymous email this morning from someone claiming to have the deets on one Jack Hunter and the mystery as to why Miss Isis Blake remains MIA sans the obit after he was alleged to have left her crib only a couple days gone-by, in a hail of bullets and blaze of glory. This maven of information claims that despite Jack’s snark and bitter coldness his eternal ennui he couldn’t hide his ragin’ distress at the thought of the bitchy Blake being on the sad end of social media scandal. A quote:

“Wow, for someone so eager to deny a love-child, and claim his “nemesis” a harpy, the guy seemed pretty torn up over some titty pics and suspect sluttery. Isn’t it strange how love and war always seems to end in even the most notorious losing all sense of conviction.”

I won’t leave you in any more suspense. Read the thrilling exchange below. Warning… Anonymous did not pull punches, it seems that someone other than Isis fails to find the Ice Prince a hot commodity.

Book Boyfriend Report – 30 Days To Syn by Charlotte Boyett-Compo

Camera 360 I have really come to love the day Laura drops new Ellora’s Cave books into my email. I generally pick one book to check out and this one, 30 days to Syn by Charlotte Boyett-Compo was a really good one. It was not a whole lot like what I had anticipated it would be when I read the synopsis. From the description, I had thought it would be one of those medium warm alpha male books where the dynamic established a dark and passionate journey through a rather innocent woman’s fantasies in which at the end they both submit to their growing feelings. This was not that book; it was a compelling, funny, charming and touching novel full of sensual eroticism that played into two vulnerable character being brought together.
