I have that thing… you know, that thing where when I read a book I can see everything that is happening in it as if it were a movie or TV show. Perhaps it’s because of the way I have such vivid dreams and I’m a crazy daydreamer? Or the photographer in me that captures images of all kinds… Maybe it’s just the fact that I have to see things to understand them. Why do I mention this here? Because Marie Lark’s Indelible Ink had me picturing the nearest “downtown” to where I grew up in by the second page of her novella and her characters felt like home too. I couldn’t help but see the entire setting of her book as Scranton, PA.

Friends…Kittens, Writers, Readers, Sexy Man-imales and Fro-yo Outback Safari Locations Specializing in Disease,
I have been trying to keep in touch with the authors, blog tour promoters and kind folks who just hang around to tell me I have a way with words–for the last four and half months while I have been sick and trying as hard as I can to get through day to day things regarding All The Things Inbetween. Everyone has been exceptionally understanding when I’ve been delayed, worked backwards, when my tentatives became complete unreliability and everyone accepted my many apologies like champs. Any Day That Ends In YA – Just A Touch by Brittany DeLys
I mentioned a few weeks ago that I have been remiss in my YA book reading. I happened to find Brittany DeLys requesting reviewers for Just A Touch on Goodreads and I liked the description of this story. I lucked out because she was looking for ten reviewers and I think from the look of the amount of people who had replied to the post, I snuck in under the wire. I guess you could say I had a “touch” of luck.
…I know! I agree with you! I don’t know why I always go for the obvious puns. It’s an automatic thing. I blame something chromosomal!

So when his sister, Lacey, interferes and moves a stranger into the guest house not only is it beyond what he can tolerate, but the new tenants pretty face, easy going, clumsy as all hell personality keeps drawing him to her like she’s candy and he has a sweet tooth. And Gabe already has scars; he doesn’t need cavities.
Feeling Peckish – Hellsong by Alexandra Christian
How many times do I have to say that the Crescent City is one of my sweet spots? I saw the synopsis for this book before I saw the cover and the catcher line for me was, “If she chooses right, she’ll find Heaven in the arms of an angel. If she chooses wrong, all Hell will be let loose on Earth.” –Now me, I was sort of like… why can’t the girl ever get lucky and find Heaven in the arms of the demon? But then I saw the book cover and thought to myself, “Well crap, if all angels looked like sin more girls would be staying away from bad boys.”
And trust me baby… this angel in Hellsong, he is all sorts of sinful.
