The temptation of the forbidden is so good to read. <\/span><\/p>\n This is not one of the taboo stepbrother books that are flooding the market (and my Kindle because I like forbidden things). This is a the crux of family, friends and lovers; when loving someone is a betrayal of those who love you most. Razer Bennington had a crap upbringing until the Hadley family picked him up, took him in, and made him family. His best friend, Mase is his brother, all the Hadley boys are. Until Claire grew up, she was just like a sister. But she did grow up and everything Raze wanted with her was wrong. It was a perversion and a deceit to the only family he had known to want the girl\/woman he had grown up amongst. Joining the military didn\u2019t change those feelings, it only made him more in love with her until he had to shut himself out of her life to get free of what he wanted with her, all he wanted.<\/p>\n Growing up with three brothers and the boy she fell in love with the moment she discovered boys prepared Claire for dealing with the male species. What it hadn\u2019t prepared her for was dealing with a hypocritical weasel who demanded she be morally abiding while he banged hookers and porn stars behind her back. When she catches the douchecanoe and jets she knows she can run to her brothers. She just wasn\u2019t ready to run into the object of her heart on the car ride home.<\/p>\n This book is HOTNESS. The forbidden fantasies, the dirty talk, and the temptations are all sizzle-goodness. Raze has a mouth like a poetic wet dream and he does not hesitate to say the nasty stuff all chicks long to hear. I would find him hard to resist\u2026 wait I DO find him hard to resist.<\/p>\n When the poop hits the can in this and all the secrets are revealed brothers will come to blows and friendships will be tested. I loved this book and can\u2019t wait for the next.
