Hmmm. Are all Tayseers essentially the same?
The Blind Horseman reminded me a lot of the Alpha Collects, and it wasn’t anything heavy-handed that came to mind; it just felt like a hundred little things that kept pelting me. It was as if things were coming full circle but also all over again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hordesman series ends with this book, all the offspring having their HEAs. Tayseer, much like his namesake, finishes this series, and instead of being a collector, he’s a warlord like his father, Loven. Still on the search for the Impostor and sent on the king’s mission, and by the word of the real King Father, to rid the earth of all of the Impostor’s assets, Seer is battling a future that includes his own coronation. He wants to war, not be king.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

In Alpha Collects Tayseer tows the line of Domins’ so he wouldn’t have to challenge him and be king. He struggles to collect Jewel to bring him to Domins harem and only stops when he realizes what Seer does in The Blind Hordesman, that you can’t outrun being king when it comes to Milana Jacks writing you that way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rickie Lee, our heroine, Kiki, to those who are fangirling her supposed porn channel, is one of my favorite of Jacks’ heroines. She is also a lot like Jewel in a million tiny ways. One of which is that they are both farmgirls given to the pastoral lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have one major complaint in The Blind Hordesman, though; I don’t understand where the relationship between her and Seer develops, one day, they are enemies, and the next they are in love. Weirdness abounds.
Perhaps she’s fickle like that. Or he is. Or they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of all the books in this series, I loved Raven’s, and Arken’s the most. I waited for this one since Seer popped up in Arken’s book, but he wasn’t that blow me away in the end. And as I’m writing this, I’m writing myself into a lower rating.
Wow. That. Sucks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I recommend both this series and the one prior to this, Alpha Horde. They are some of the best Omegaverse books you can find out there. But start with Alpha Horde series and work your way to this book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
